Fort Collins Brewery in Colorado recently constructed a brand new brewery and restaurant in the “Napa Valley of Microbrews”. Featuring seven regular brews and four rotating seasonal beers, Fort Collins combines quality ingredients with innovation to create its unique beers including a mildly fruity and tart Pomegranate Wheat Beer and earthy hopped Rocky Mountain IPA.
